For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition.

If the size/colour/material or quality is different from what you expected, you can exchange it for free. You can also exchange it for another product.

Please note that the product warranty does not cover damage caused by normal aging or intentional or improper use.

We do not accept refunds for plants or moss. For set products that include plants or moss, only the price of the pot, planter, and terrarium will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
