DIY Kit - Beeswax Wrap Mix
Have you been wondering how to make beeswax wraps? Or perhaps you have tried it with just beeswax and wondered why it wasn’t as sticky and soft as you had seen before?
This is because there are 2 extra ingredients – tree resin and oil. These act to add stickiness and also to make the wrap soft and to prevent the wax from cracking.
Unfortunately these ingredients are expensive to buy separately in smallish quantities and the mixture is very smelly and messy to prepare. Fortunately, Sustomi supplies the perfect blend of beeswax, oil and resin to help you make beeswax wraps at home. All you need at home is some baking proof paper and an iron, or an old baking tray.
You can also use this beeswax mix to replenish any old beeswax wraps that have lost their stickiness.
