Engraved KeepCup Gift!
For this Mother's Day we are offering a free custom engraving service for your KeepCup - all done online!
KeepCup is an Australian reusable drink ware brand known as one of the first reusable cups made for takeaway usage. KeepCups motto is to 'buy once and reuse forever', so why not make a one in a kind cup that your mum would love to use forever.
1. Prepare your design
We can engrave up to 50mm wide x 25mm high.
We recommend drawing on a business card-sized piece of plain paper with a black marker of 1.0mm thickness or more.
Once your illustration is complete, take a clear, well-lit photo:
- Ensure the image is sharp and well-focused
- Avoid shadows of your hands or the camera device.
For those preparing digital designs please export your design file in JPEG or PNG format.

Points to note
We engrave designs using a laser engraver so the following designs are not suitable:
× Designs with densely packed thin or thick lines
× Patterns with fine spots
× Designs that include gradations
× Designs with copyrighted materials and logos
- Please be aware that the finished product will be a single dark brown colour.
- As this is a handmade process please be aware that slight variations in engraving depth and placement may occur.
2. Choose your KeepCup

3. Email us your design
Within 24 hours of ordering your KeepCup Cork product, please email our staff at hi@longforme.com with your photo of your illustration or design file.
Please write [Mother's Day] and your order number in the subject line of the email. (Example: Mother's Day #1111)
If you have any specific preferences for your design, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. If we encounter any issues with your design, we’ll contact you to discuss possible solutions.
4. Add gift wrapping
This Mother’s Day, we’re offering a limited gift wrapping option using our hand-dyed cotton pouches, available in Small and Medium sizes.
Each pouch is dip-dyed in a soft sunflower yellow, creating a warm, cheerful tone that adds to your gift. We’ve intentionally kept them logo-free, making them easier to reuse as a keepsake bag, travel pouch, or for everyday storage.

5. Receiving your creation
Once your design is finalised, please allow 3 business days for engraving and shipping. Customers in Hokkaido and Okinawa may experience longer shipping times.
Last Day for sending your design to receive before Mother’s Day is Tuesday, May 6th.
We will accept orders for this engraving service until Monday May 19th.
